Remember that I do these in the order received, and some just take longer than others, so my estimated turnaround times are just estimates. If you are towards the bottom of the queue and I haven't started yours, and you don't want to wait, I'm always happy to offer a refund if no work has been done yet. If we've already traded several emails on details, then that means work has been done.

I don't listen to these, nor do I return calls; my assistant does this, and either advises callers on how to reach me (email), or gives them contact info for someone who can take their call directly (I don't speak on the phone without a prior, prepaid appointment, and I'm booked six months out for phone appointments). However, there's a backlog at the moment, so if you are able to read this, you can get online, which means you should email me if you want to hear from me anytime soon.
